Returns

You’ve got 14 days from the moment your order lands at your door to return it.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags.

  • Returns on sale or discounted items are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

  1. Shoot us an email at info.straatmanclo@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning it.

  2. We’ll send you clear return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method.

We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit, keep your proof of shipping.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll send you a confirmation.

  • If all is good, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it was our mistake (wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem. Just:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If we messed up, sent the wrong item, or received a faulty product. Email us at info.straatmanclo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send you the correct item, on us.
