You’ve got 14 days from the moment your order lands at your door to return it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags.

Returns on sale or discounted items are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
How to Return

Shoot us an email at info.straatmanclo@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning it.

We’ll send you clear return instructions.

Ship the item back to us at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method.
We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit, keep your proof of shipping.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll send you a confirmation.

If all is good, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it was our mistake (wrong or faulty item).

Want a different size or color? No problem. Just:

Faulty or Wrong Items
If we messed up, sent the wrong item, or received a faulty product. Email us at info.straatmanclo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll cover return shipping and send you the correct item, on us.
